My 130 Pound Couch Potato to Ironman Transformation

In February 2011, at the age of 42, I weighed 385 pounds. I had high blood pressure, sleep apnea, and was borderline diabetic. My life was out of control and I was on a downward spiral. I knew that if I didn’t make some serious changes soon that I wouldn’t make it to see 50. This video tells the story of my journey to change my life and my transformation from a 385 pound Couch Potato to an Ironman.

I believe that each of us has the power within us to change any aspect of our lives. And I know that if I can change my life then so can you. You just have to believe in yourself.

I hope my story gives you hope, encourages you to believe in yourself, and inspires you to make those changes.

Thank you for watching.
