Mark presented an excellent ethics session as our keynote speaker for the Kentucky Rehabilitation Association’s (KRA) Job Placement & Development (JPD) division’s half-day pre-conference that precedes the KRA Annual Training Conference. KRA-JPD would like to commend Mr. Rucker on providing such a motivating opening to our event for professional development in the vocational rehabilitation counseling field.
